The 17" blade is hollow-ground, tri-edged, laser impulse hardened SK4 Japanese Samurai sword steel with a hard chrome finish. It also features an aggressive 5.5mm raker tooth pitch and 1.4mm blade material thickness for high speed sawing. High quality, spring-loaded locking levers are made of steel and there's also locking knobs for additional strength and safety. Extends to 21' for a maximum working reach of nearly 25'.
