Years of cooking enjoyment.   Super 8 Infinity burner system.   Flav-R-Wave cooking system.   Deluxe Accu-Temp thermometer. The Monarch 20 (model 934654) is powered by liquid propane. It includes a 35,000 BTU stainless steel Super 8 Infinity burner system, 350 square inches of primary cooking surface, and 520 square inches of total cooking surface (with porcelain coated warming rack). It also offers a heavy-duty black chrome epoxy painted pedestal base and control panel, plus Perma Mold drop down side shelves with integrated tool hooks and condiment bins. The grill is complemented by 7-inch wheels with decorative grey walls and 2.5-inch locking casters. With minimal effort you can slide your grill wherever you want in your backyard or on your patio. But with the flip of a switch, the heavy-duty locking swivel casters keep your grill stationary and stable. The cool-to-the-touch thermonylon handle stays cool so you can open and close the hood of your hot grill with confidence. The exterior also includes an easy-to-read stainless steel thermometer with a probe that reaches deep into the oven, giving you a more accurate temperature reading. Cast Iron Cooking Grids Broil King's cooking grids deliver the best heat retention for searing power, which locks in juices and flavor. Made from cast iron, their durability and easy maintenance make them ideal for everyday use. And they're reversible -- one side is pointed to give you perfect grill marks, while the other side is grooved to capture juices for continuous basting while cooking. With a little care, they will last a lifetime. Super 8 Infinity Burner Backed by a 5-year warranty, this quality stainless steel burner covers the entire base of the oven so there are no hot or cold spots. With up to 326 ports, the Super 8 has the ability to heat the grill to a searing 600 degrees F in a matter of minutes. Incredible Flav-R-Wave Flavor The stainless steel Flav-R-Wave cooking system provides superior heat distribution across the entire surface of the grill and protects the burners. As drippings fall onto the Flav-R-Wave, they are instantly turned into vapor, which infuses your food with that delicious barbecue flavor. Durability Broil King uses high quality stainless steel for many components. All other steel is coated with zinc and further protected by an epoxy paint that is baked on through a powder-coat process. This premium triple-coat process provides superior rust protection.
